Mr. Ashgan Yousef Zadeh, a structural engineering professor with 21+ years of experience, specializes in structural analysis, retrofitting, teaching, and research. Mr. Zadeh has a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology and a master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Babol Noshirvani University of Technology in Iran. Mr. Zadeh started his career as a structural engineer. He transitioned on to become the head of the Structural and Retrofitting Group under the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in Iran. Simultaneously, Mr. Zadeh also contributed to academia, joining Islamic Azad University as a University Professor in Iran. As the Chief Executive Officer, he sets strategy, drives growth, ensures sustainability, and stays updated on agricultural drone innovations.

Mrs. Negar Madadi is a seasoned Leader and Director in the logistics industry, boasting 12 years of comprehensive experience in managerial roles. Mrs. Madadi embarked on her academic journey by completing her Bachelor of Chemistry in Applied Chemistry and Bachelor of Medicine showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and personal development. Mrs. Madadi previously worked as a Line Accountant, a General, and a Managing Director. As the Chief Operating Officer, she develops and implements operational strategies, enhancing efficiency, and managing production processes.
Mahdi Nasiri Haji Abadi

Mr. Mahdi Nasiri Haji Abadi is a seasoned director with a specialization in accounting with 20 years of extensive experience in the realm of accounting and finance. Mr. Abadi holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Business Management. Transitioning into his professional career, Mr. Abadi began as an accountant. Mr. Abadi moved on to other roles such as an Accounting Assistant and a Director. As Chief Finance Officer, he develops and implements financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. His responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, managing working capital, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

Transitioning from academia to entrepreneurship, Mrs. Farsani embarked on her professional journey as a Founder and Director. Being the Chief Marketing Officer, she spearheads the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans, develops and executes brand strategies, and oversees digital marketing efforts.
